Tyler Tankersley

Tyler’s favorite hobby is hiking and he can often be found seeking out new trails in state parks around North Carolina. He also loves coffee, reading, writing, baking, running, and all things Lord of the Rings. Tyler is married to Jess, an early childhood administrator, and together they have three children: Henry, Owen, and Charlotte.

In her spare time, Gina likes to read historical fiction books, enjoy a good movie, and find ways to be outside – usually walking her dog with her husband. She also loves to travel, and has visited China, Canada, Great Britain, Hungary, Costa Rica, and Germany. Gina and her husband, Chip, have one daughter, Rebecca.

David Fitzgerald

David earned his Master of Church Music degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY, where he also served as a professor’s assistant, directed the Seminary Handbell Ensemble, and taught courses in Handbell Methods. David has served in music ministry positions in churches in Virginia, Kentucky, and North Carolina for over forty-five years. Throughout the years he has served as pianist and organist for Virginia Baptist State conferences and events, including The Virginia Baptist Male Chorale, The Northeast Piedmont Chorale, and served as guest clinician/conductor for state and local handbell festivals in Kentucky and Virginia. Several of his compositions have been published in Handbells Magazine and Worship Magazine. David and his wife Martha have four children and two beautiful granddaughters. David enjoys playing the piano, composing music, working in the yard, visiting antique stores, and spending time in the mountains and with his family. He is inspired by the beauty of nature and God’s creation, the beach, mountains, great music, and art, as well as creative worship and the great hymns of his faith.

Lee Ritchie

Lee received a B.S. in Early Childhood Education at the University of West Georgia and a M.Div. in Christian Education at McAfee School of Theology, Mercer University. Lee has served as an elementary school teacher and a minister to children and youth in Georgia.
Lee enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, being near water, creating random art projects, and exploring the world from her children’s perspective. She is a yoga instructor and is trained in social emotional learning.
Lee and her husband, Jason, have 2 children.

Dane Martin

Dane enjoys playing sports, being outside, going to the gym, and watching his kid’s activities. He likes advocating for others which looks like mentoring high school students at local schools, volunteering at local non-profits, and being part of community wide discussions. Dane is married to Gretchen, together they have two boys, Finley and Brooks.

Outside of church, Kathryn enjoys reading non-fiction, frequenting Tanglewood park with her family, and is always up for meeting you for a cup of coffee! Kathryn is married to Ryan, and together they have two children, Olivia and Graham, and a beloved black lab, Ginny.

Amy Gallaher

Although she was born in and lived her first seven years in Greensboro, North Carolina, she spent most of her childhood in Hungary. As the daughter of CBF Field Personnel who served the Romany in Eastern Europe, she grew up as a Third Culture Kid (TCK) giving her a unique strength for moving about different cultures and learning the value of advocacy. Amy’s husband Tyler serves as a veterinarian. Together, they have a son, JT, and an energetic dog, Sandy.

Alan is an avid baseball fan (with high hopes for his beloved White Sox) and enjoys making music, live theatre, storytelling, and all kinds of performing arts. Alan and his wife, Julie, have three grown children and two beautiful grandchildren (of whom he would be happy to share some pictures … just ask!).

Kristin Morris

Her parents are retired Salvation Army ministers, which means she had the pleasure of moving around quite a bit growing up and meeting interesting people from so many walks of life. She considers Atlanta, GA her home, as she spent most of her time there. Her interests include music, animals and old cars!! She and her family love spending lots of time with the grandparents (on both sides). They also enjoy taking trips to Lake Norman!

Elizabeth Lopina

Elizabeth is a native of West Virginia and went to college at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
She has worked on and off at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church (where she is also a member) in their Children’s Formation department, most recently as the Interim Children’s Minister. Other past positions include Event Staff for WinMock at Kinderton, Administrative Assistant for a local commercial developer and Volunteer/Middle School Coordinator for Crosby Scholars.
Elizabeth enjoys reading, culling Pinterest for new recipes, crafting, and volunteering at local community theaters. Although she does not consider herself a writer, she published a book of women’s inspirational stories titled Triumphant. Elizabeth has three grown children.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys gardening, making music, and puzzling. Among his inspirations are the scriptures and hymns with their stories. Jim is married to his wife, Rosemary and together they have two adult children, LeAnne, and Erik, three grandsons and a great granddaughter.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys hiking, gardening, caring for farm animals, attending musicals, and traveling. She and her husband are with Davie High School students through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). They have three children, with a ten-year gap between the oldest and youngest.

Kevin Anderson

Kevin enjoys volunteering his musical talents at assisted living centers during the holidays, and creating performance opportunities for his music students. Kevin is married to Allison, and together they have a son, Roger, who was born in 2018. All three of them are passionate about music, nature, and animals, especially rescue dogs. Allison and Kevin have performed several concerts together as a musical duo called Southern Bacon.
